Life with Hashimoto's

Living with Hashimoto’s FAQ

On a regular basis, I get a ton of questions about living with Hashimoto’s (an autoimmune disease). The questions come mostly from Instagram but also from clients directly. A few weeks ago on Instagram I asked what people truly wanted to know about when it came to living and organizing my life around having an […]

Streamline Your Holidays with a Gift Wrap Station

As a professional organizer, you would think that I would have a Candy Spelling-worthy wrapping room but this has always been an area of my life and home that has struggled. However, as we are heading into the holiday season I am changing that-I took a trip to The Container Store and am setting myself up for success this year. Because hey, I have decided that this year, I deserve it!

Why You Need a Professional Organizer

Lately it seems as if everyone has hopped on the recent organization craze. Everywhere you look you see beautiful images of perfectly decluttered and beautifully labeled and organized spaces. But how do you actually get there? As a professional organizer one of the main things (among many others!) that I do is to help my clients declutter and then implement versatile organizational systems that continue to keep them organized after I leave. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: getting organized isn’t a one-time event and I don’t treat it as such. I focus on creating systems that will last based on the needs and current lifestyle and habits of you and your family. With those elements in mind, I’m able to implement solutions that will last because they support how you are already living, making it easy and intuitive for you and your family to adapt.
