Last week I traveled to the beautiful and sunny Palm Springs so I could participate (and to celebrate the 10 year anniversary!) in this year’s Altitude Summit (Alt Summit). Creative business owners from across the country gather every year to take classes, hear speakers and create! This year there were 2,000+ attendees with speakers that included Joanna Gaines (@joannagaines), Cortney and Robert Novogratz (@thenovogratz), Danielle Lucia Schaffer (@citygirlgonemom), Susan Peterson (@freshlypicked) Joy Cho (@ohjoy) and…myself!
At Alt Summit I spoke about “how to get the total package”, highlighting my essential tips for organizing all aspects of your life. Since I began organizing 11 years ago, one of my favorite things to do has been to share my organizing expertise at different events and with various companies through speaking opportunities. I not only get to talk about my passion (organizing!) but also get to meet so many wonderful people that otherwise I might not have been able to connect with. I’ve been lucky to be able to speak at many events and conferences like this (at the Four Seasons, Pottery Barn, JLL, the Womans Bar Association, Make Offices and MORE) but can honestly say that speaking at Alt Summit this year was a true dream experience.
