I’m a mother to identical twins, wife, passionate entrepreneur, obsessed with everything natural, and an expert in organizing your home, office and life.
My organizing approach goes beyond things being neat and tidy. To me, organization is a way of life, and a realistic one at that, not a one time event that leads to a Pinterest-perfect world (unless you really want that)!
For as long as I can remember I’ve been type A and energized by empowering others and improving their lives through organization. After law school I realized I was unfulfilled by my desk job, so I gave up the security and stability of my 9-5 to build a highly innovative professional organizing firm, Rachel and Company, from the ground up. Since 2007, our firm has worked with over 8,000 clients, collaborated with leading brands, and captivated the attention of millions through media exposure. Our blend of inspiring yet practical concepts tailored for families and professionals has resonated widely.
Today, my work extends beyond professional organizing and move management. Through speaking engagements, retreats, workshops, media appearances, digital resources, and partnerships with leading lifestyle brands, I help individuals and families create homes, routines, and systems that support the lives they want to live.
